Heard about how fantastic their dim sum are.
I have tried their chinese food some years back,still remembered how delicious of their chinese food and so was full of expectation.
I decided to go on this day after eating a bao for breakfast-sudden strong craving for dim sum.
Nice decor during xmas season :
Reservation @ 1:45pm as they are very full house on that day.
We reached there almost 2pm but still no seat available yet.
The place seem super popular which made me feel even more expectation of the food but end up with big disappointment by their food & service
1)The receptionist wanted to bring us to our table after waiting for quite some time but was stopped by her superior questioning her about customer arrangement.
Personally feel: The superior should let her bring us to our seat,clear the customer instead of making us to stand and listen to their conversation.
2)Saw customer just left a table near the window and asked a staff if we can sit there.The staff claim need to check but never come back.
We waited a while then ask another staff who claimed someone reserved.
I saw it was for the customer queuing behind us.
I have some doubt about the reserved table.
3)We ordered plain water and a tea for my mum but they poured 2 cup of tea while we are ordering our dim sum.
The plain water never come after a while so I have to request again.
4)We ordered dim sum 1st then decide to order another dish with another staff who came back checking with us is it we only order 1 dish?
I told her we ordered dimsum before and point to the person who we ordered earlier ...
5)Our plates were not change at all although it was dirty.
Compare to "bosses" the staff keep changing our plate even although we order not much dim sum.
Personally feel:
Why do the staff didnt record or get what the customer request?We need to ask 2times for same thing?
These doesnt seem to be a standard restaurant service.
I can their staffs seem busy clearing & setting table instead of attending to the current customer needs

Vegetarian soyabean beancurd
Texture like bak kwa but soft version ,taste very salty for me
Char Siew Bao & Bean Skin Roll:
Below my expectation, I ever taste these 2 dim sum better @ elsewhere
Steam carrot cake:
Taste normal but able to see they are using real white carrot. Nowadays alotof places using just flour
Abalone fried rice :
Glutinous rice:
I love the lotus fragrant rice inside the rice
My conclusion : normal dim sum with poor service.
I will not come back again unless some one treat me :P
