Wanted to do a facial to look better for  a friend child birthday party.
Got facial voucher from groupon : 

$28 for Payot Paris Customised Facial at Supreme Q.X Beauty Spa (Worth $280).

Nice environment & comfortable bed: 

I am not so pleased with their service as they will keep asking to topup something before facial.

I thought this is a customised facial.

I agree to top up $28 ampoule which can correct my sensitive since I wanna some result that why I book a facial for tmr party.

Felt abit unhappy as they seem trying to skip as much step as possible.They claim because my right side face  sensitive  : 

 1)They wanna skip scrub-I request to  scrub other area 

Only right side why skip the rest , then why should I do facial ?

2) Skip face massage-I topup ampoule & they skip it without informing me.

3) Suppose to be 75min in the voucher but total facial time is lesser maybe because of the skip part but I did top up the ampoule which also take up time...

4)Ampoule-Machine or by hand ?Machine is more expensive than by hand so I request by hand .They claim by hand take up alotof time.It is not for my case , the ampoule was fast absorb into my face.The beautician claim my skin is very dry so absorb very fast.

Later in the afternoon, my side also feel itchy , the so call ampoule doesnt help for my sensitive part.

They have on going promotion but I decide not to take although the advertisement seem attractive.
