Complimentary bread before the meal:
We started the meal with a selection of bread accompanied by dips.This bread is so yummy

 The dip compliment the bread: 
 Truffle with Ricotta Cheese

Main course :
Rustica
Italian sausage,pepperoni ,mushroom ,onion & capsicum

The ingredients are very fresh & definitely one of the best pizza.
I cant said it is the best pizza cos I have the best one in Italy.

Pollo Arrosto:
Rotisserie Chicken , fresh herbs , wedges& sauteed asparagus

The chicken is very fresh, definitely not those frozen type, I hardly see any blood.The skin is very crispy & the meat are tender. Dip little bit of the sauce will do.
Wedges is so yummy without any sauce.It is the best I have had so far. Do not dip with any sauce otherwise , the sauce will override the taste

We were too full to have any dessert.
We ended our meal with Fairmont Earl grey tea
