May14 dining@Wan Hao Marriott hotel


New : Choose any 5 course set lunch & dim sum buffet

Each person get to choose 5 course.
Individual servings.
We have 4person here so we can choose 20 course but the portion is very small so it is not advisable to share.

5course meal selection: 
Suckling pig 
Actually this taste not bad but I have taste nicer one in HK.
I think the portion is too small for me to really enjoy this dish.

 Drunken chicken with jelly fish: 
It is so yummy !I like this dish but I only get to taste a piece as it was ordered by my mother
Braised Australia sliced Abalone : 
Personally feel : This taste better than Ah Yat.
I think this is the best abalone I ever had at a restaurant.

 Garlic Lobster : 
I didnt really taste the lobster sweetness here not sure if the garlic had override the taste.

Scallop Conpoy Congee :
I quite like this congee 


Deep fried taro dumpling : 
This is not dimsum, it is under deep fried session.My hub order this but this is yummy!
Birdnest egg tart : 
First time I ever had this dessert.
Actually it very normal just egg tart with bird nest on top.

Shrimp dumpling : 

 Xiao Long Bao
They put red carrot under instead of the usual paper ...
Taste normal to me 
Liu Sha Bao or Golden Lava Custard Buns : 
Nice presentation only.
Personally dont like this.
I prefer Boss or Kungfu paradise taste.

Conclusion: 
Certain dishes are nice.
Their dim sum is inferior compare to other place.
Nice environment and they got us a very nice seating
Good service too.
