Choose any 2 of the menu complemented with a mini buffet of chinese & western style breakfast,freshly squeezed juices,yogurt, fruit, salads, porridge ,cereals, breads and danishes...

 We had some of the mini buffet  while waiting for our 2 main breakfast : 
Chinese style buffet : 
Porridge : 
They have wide range of side for the porridge compare to those normal buffet I had so far...
Salted egg,fermented bean curd, you tiao , peanuts , pork floss...

Western style : 
Love the sauteed mushroom

1)Laksa : 
Hub choose this & I taste some of it which is very nice.
2)Tradition Spanish Tortilla : 
This is the first time I had this: 
Very unique & nice : 

 3)Slow cooked farm eggs:
 Hub ordered this as he wanted to try hotel  standard egg.
 I think they cooked this very  well...temperature must be just nice in  order to create this texture.

 4)Egg benedict with smoked salmon:
 So yummy, the best I had so far :

Danishes is a must try too! My hub has a few serving of this : 

I would said this is the best hotel buffet I ever had for breakfast in term of food ,quality & ambience.
The price is reasonable for breakfast compare with other hotel.
Many hotel buffet cost around this price.
Moreover there is a great view.
I will definitely be back often.

Weekend afternoon high tea 

The variety is very limited but the food quality is not bad...
When we reached about 1/2 hr late,alotof stuff already been snatched up but the restaurant replenish the food quite fast.

Indian section :
Roti prata,nasi briyani, curry chicken & fish
Taste not bad too.
I almost miss the curry fish as this dish was label as curry beef but overheard someone correct the staff this is fish instead.

 Local delight:  Fried wanton, black pepper siew mai, fried chicken,white & bad carrot cake, fish cake stick(label wrong again as otah)

All taste not bad too.
I quite like the wanton, siew mai  , I have a few servings.
They have satay which is very nice!
We took 1 big plate :)

 Otah & potato wedges...
 Personally dont like the otah as the lemongrass is so strong but actually authentic otah should have strong lemongrass taste. 

Although limited dessert but I like the handmade Gelato especially I need not have to scoop it myself

Laksa , brownie with ice-cream: 

Laksa is nice ! The brownie is sweet enough to eat alone without the ice-cream

The desserts are not too bad!

Overall : 
I would think this high tea is very value for money given the location@ hard rock hotel & the food quality.
The buffet include free flow of coke & sprite &tea)

The best part : 
I pay only $26nett instead of $38nett per pax from deal.com however the restaurant arrange 2 timing for voucher customer.
Meaning : our high tea timing is from 12-2pm or 2-4pm. If you pay full price you can stay longer. I still feel it is a good deal as dont think we will stay that long too.

Another good deal : 
Kids aged 12 and below dine free with every 2 paying adult

Services is excellent too, they clear plates & replenish the coke & sprite promptly.
