I quite like Salmon canapes but I only have 1 piece as they didnt replenish.

Salmon egg is nice:
Salmon +steam egg + soft boiled egg 
Must eat together for better taste

Dim sum session : 

Indian session: 
Taste nice!

Dessert time : 

They are using better quality ice-cream cos the texture is soft unlike other places ice-cream which is hard to scoop.
Many topping varieties.
Taste nice.









Tiramisu:Chocolate inside the stick to spray on top.
Banana pudding : nice dessert- they are using sweet banana
Fondue : 
Strawberry chocolate: nice!

Mango pudding: nice !

  Cake are quite special but it is a pity I only tried this Chocolate truffle as I dont like the rest of the flavour :

We order coffee to end the buffet
Personally feel : Their coffee cup spoilt the whole setting.
From the picture , can see fresh flower with nice vase & nice plain water cup but the coffee cup seem to present as the same as coffee shop.

Nice & creative food
One of the best hotel buffet
My fourth time here & I will definitely be back again.

Menu : 

I think we order almost everything in the menu as the dishes portion according to the number of person. E.g 3pcs for 3person.
I like this idea as we will be able to sample alotof dishes in the menu.
I remember there is one time during Lao Beijing high tea buffet,I ordered xiao long bao ,buns &  other dumpling ... it was served in 10pcs per plate. 
That time I only dined with a friend.
Imagine we got to force ourself to finish the food so as to prevent wastage.

Some of the dishes we have:
Shark fin : 
Not diluted but taste starchy but not too bad of course cant expect much for the price we paid.
To me it is consider good enough for this buffet price.

 At least there is a small fin inside : 

Seabass :  taste normal but is a good deal for this price 
Crayfish cereals:  nice & creative
Roast pork :  not crispy
Personally feel that roast pork must be crispy in order to be a tasty roast pork
Baked salted Chicken:  I think this very nice.We have few serving of this.

 Finished crayfish : 

Trio sauce chicken : taste normal 
Baked salted Chicken repeated order 
Sambal fried Kang Kong:  taste normal 

Dim sum section : 
taste normal, just sample their dim sum if it is good , I can order catering in the future.
I didnt get prawn dumpling & siu mai because their colour seem different from usual.

Braised baby abalone : 
This picture look big but actually it is quite small.
The sauce seem to be from the can sauce. 
I dont really like the sauce.

Soft shell crab with pork floss  :  
taste normal but creative dish

Drunken prawn soup : think the wine is stronger than the herb in the soup, not my preference.
Other nice dishes : 
Crispy shrimp paste chicken: nice & I ordered twice.

Cold selection
I didnt eat much of  cold selection as it was located at the entrance.
I feel uneasy & abit lazy to travel there.
I dont like their salmon sashimi. I cant taste any sweetness in it.

Dessert corner : 
I only have Longan & sea coconut ,Chinese pan cake & red bean soup.
All taste not too bad.
I quite like the chinese pancake skin.The filling is red bean.

I didnt have chance to taste the rest as the restaurant didnt replenish : 
1)Choc Mousse
2)Mini cream puff
3)Cream Brulee
4)Panna Cotta
They actually stated in their T&C , the stuff is limited while stock last

Their last order is 2pm stated in this flyer but the staff will go around to inform customer quite early to take the food as they are going to clear soon.
By the time my table was informed, most of the food has already been snatched.
My table was informed around 1:45pm.
Hence I didnt have chance to have the seasonal fruit at all.
Luckily I have some dessert earlier on.
Personally feel that they should leave those buffet item until closed like other places buffet.

Overall: 
One of the cheapest chinese ala carte weekend lunch buffet even although there are additional misc charges.
Value for money.
Very good service.
The staff change & clear our plate very regularly.

I wanted to try this restaurant after so many years back , love their cozy environment, ideal dining chit chating with friends.
Got this safra card promotion so decide to have lunch with a group of friends: 

Cold seafood section :
The extreme right is crayfish but label as slipper lobster.
One friend claimed this is crayfish , another one told me she always thought she ate crayfish until she saw the label...

 I really cant figure out why they can place Japanese sushi under the sun...

Variety very limited.
There is no salmon sashimi for the lunch.
The hotel staff claimed it is only available for dinner.
I went for many lunch buffet which include salmon sashimi anyway.
The hotel is using TWG pot to serve other brand tea except camomile.
How I know?
They serve me English breakfast tea but dont taste like TWG tea.
I drank TWG before.
Then we saw only camomile tea with TWG label.
My friend order earl grey with no TWG label too.
Personally feel if they are using TWG pot , they should serve TWG tea as well otherwise it will affect TWG reputation.
Conclusion :
Personally feel this is the worst hotel buffet I ever had.
I dont feel full at all after the lunch.
For me I wouldnt think it is a good deal even I only need to pay 50% of the price.

I love the topping, blend well with the ice-cream & the crepe with the ice-cream.
Quite innovative creation.

Venice in a jar $14: 

Coffee &rum infuse sponge fingers, mascarpone cheese,chocolate flakes 

Yummy,I finished this quite fast.

They serve food too:

Patroniseon a weekday,not so much people in the cafe , not sure about weekend but I think hardly any people know about this cafe.

We actually have a hard time finding this place cos there is no direction or sign to the market square.
Even the directory map didnt show market square.
I will definitely be back again for magnum creation, fondue,drink ...so much to try!

PS: I am not going to the free cone day since it is only limited to certain outlet.
Unless I passerby the outlet.
Personally feel : The transport fee is more or less around the free scoop.
