2013 HongKong Trip day 2

Breakfast : McDonald @ MongKok 

Really regret order this cos it really taste sucks.

Lunch : Tai Hing Roast Restaurant, Mongkok


Suckling pig :Kind of disappointed that it didnt have a crispy feel but the taste is the best I have ever taste
Heard from the forum, the suckling pig will be gone by lunch time so must reach early before lunch hour.
Milk tea : Although they won second place in the milk tea competition in Hong Kong.I didnt really like the milk tea cos of it strong milky taste.

Shopping @ fa yuen street
I think this place is the best shopping area for ladies.
It s a must go shopping area.
The clothes here are nice & cheap.

Another meal :  Yung Kee 鏞記酒家
(michelin star)

We order roast goose , roast pigeon & suckling pig

Suckling pig & roast goose
Suckling pig is very crispy but personal felt Tai Hing Suckling pig taste better
Roast goose has a old goose taste guess they are using old goose...it either they serve old goose for the restaurant or it happen they serve old goose to us.
I believe the latter as they are famous for their roasted goose.


We tried pigeon as Hongkie always like to eat this dishes.
It taste like duck but thicken version

As we were leaving, we saw this sign that states that all the roasted geese have temporarily sold out!
Although the goose didnt taste good , I still quite happy to see this sign at least I get to try it.
I will never come back again because the food doesnt attract me too much.

Shopping around Causeway bay
Happy to get my favourite snack @ these place : 
Aunty stella cookies
Agness b chocolate 
These 2 are not available in Spore & they taste yummy but expensive...
These 2 are the must buy for family,closed friend & myself 

Aunty stella cookies cost S$5++ per 100g & only 4 or 5 pc of biscuit but they are so yummy that i willingly to spurge

Agness b chocolate 
They sell those small chocolate cube cost about S$3++ per piece


Chocolate bar cost almost S$20 per 100g & it like a small bar of chocolate but it s the best chocolate I have ever had....

Dinner @ 板長壽司- Itacho Sushi
Felt like dining those wedding chinese course cos their serving very slow.
Suggestion to order all at one go


The ingredient they used are quite fresh but the famous roast salmon doesnt taste as good as the first time serve in S'pore...
I suspect they change the salmon supplier cos it s the fish quality...
You can also judge from the above pic...

Overall definitely taste better than S'pore....
I think it is one of the must try restaurant in HK

We buy back because it is really long queue

We order Mango Pomelo & Sago Sweet Soup 杨枝甘露 & durian & grass jelly
My husband find it is very nice
Personally feel : it is nice but taste bitter at the end of the taste
